UX Consultant

Mission Overview

Our client is seeking a versatile UX Designer to support the successful delivery of digital projects within a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment. In this role, you will assist project managers during the design phase, ensuring alignment with established UX standards and best practices. You will challenge and refine current design experiences, translating business needs into intuitive user flows and wireframes using FIGMA. Collaboration with UI resources will be essential in bringing concepts to life, while ensuring consistent design quality across projects.

An important part of your responsibilities will include identifying reusable digital components and documenting them in a central design library to support scalability across the ecosystem. You will also contribute to ongoing market research and user testing initiatives, including the organization of user interviews, test execution, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to maintain UX consistency throughout digital project phases
• Interpret and challenge business requirements to ensure user-centric solutions
• Create wireframes and flows in FIGMA that reflect UX theory and best practices
• Conduct market research and organize user testing and interviews, documenting key insights in detailed reports
• Work with UI specialists to align on design creation and execution
• Analyze user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to inform design decisions
• Track and manage project progress using basic project management techniques
• Contribute to the documentation and evolution of the design system, identifying reusable components for cross-project use
  
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in UX design with a solid grasp of UX theory and best practices
• Strong ability to translate business goals into effective user experiences
• Experience in user research, testing, and report writing
• Comfortable using FIGMA for creating detailed wireframes and flows
• Familiarity with data tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar for user behavior analysis
• Basic experience in market research to support user understanding
• Capable of managing and tracking projects in collaboration with different teams
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is considered a plus
  
  
  

Additional Information

• The agency must ensure availability of backup UX resources during periods of high workload or prolonged absence
• The working model requires on-site presence two days per week (Monday and Thursday)
