Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience to lead and optimize project execution within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong cross-functional project management skills, a background in budgeting and financial steering, and experience working in the financial or insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgeting and resource planning
• Drive acceleration of the existing roadmap and ensure timely delivery of initiatives
• Coach and uplift the maturity level within the team and instill best practices
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and project delivery
• Report progress to stakeholders and steer coordination across departments
• Identify risks & manage dependencies

Profile:

• 5–8 years of project management experience
• Previous experience in the financial or insurance industry is a big plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead both strategic and operational initiatives
• Fluent in English +French or Dutch
• Available to work on-site in Brussels 2 days per week
