What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java (preferably Spring Boot).
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and continuous integration/deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with regulated industries — especially healthcare, MedTech, or pharma — is a strong advantage.
• Bonus: Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Angular, TypeScript).
• Strong communication skills in German and English, essential for working in a regulated and collaborative environment.
• A passion for building reliable, meaningful software that contributes to real-world health solutions.
