Senior HR Operational Specialist

We are seeking a Senior HR Operational Specialist to join our HR team in Latvia. This role will manage the benefits package, adaptation processes for new employees, internal task administration, reporting, and other HR initiatives driven by business needs and personal interests.

Your official title will be Senior People Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Drive People Operations by offering support and guidance to team members, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and adaptation processes, including orientation and employee integration activities
• Ensure completion of all mandatory trainings
• Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding internal policies, procedures, and tools
• Update and maintain Internal Rules & Procedures and other internal documents, ensuring proper communication when required
• Facilitate the implementation of diverse HR projects and programs aligned with both business priorities and personal interests
• Handle vacation requests, employee documentation, personnel reports, and record management
• Suggest and assume additional responsibilities to meet business goals with available resources
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits
• Create and enforce HR policies and procedures compliant with legal and regulatory standards
• Take part in HR projects and initiatives to improve the organization’s people processes
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in HR roles such as HR generalist or HR operations
• Knowledge of Latvian Labor law
• Background in onboarding processes, employee integration programs, and engagement initiatives
• Familiarity with core HR processes and their alignment with business success
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Latvian
• Interest in fostering a positive organizational culture and its influence on business outcomes
• Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain deadlines
• Understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and cultural sensitivity
• Proficiency in Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with flexibility to learn new tools

Salary range €2.2K-€2.5K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
