You'll be at the forefront of creating next-generation data tools that provide intuitive insights for the End to End Transportation teams in Europe. By leveraging advanced analytical skills, you'll help translate complex business challenges into meaningful, actionable intelligence that supports strategic innovation and operational excellence.

Key job responsibilities

  • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into robust technical specifications
  • Design and implement scalable Business Intelligence solutions and custom software development products
  • Develop comprehensive test cases and guide stakeholders through testing processes
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations of analytical solutions to business stakeholders
  • Maintain and troubleshoot deployed solutions with a focus on system reliability and performance

A day in the life

Your day will be a blend of collaborative problem-solving and independent technical development. You'll engage with cross-functional teams, design sophisticated reporting frameworks, and develop analytical models that provide critical operational insights. Expect to dive deep into data challenges, prototype innovative solutions, and communicate complex technical concepts with clarity and impact.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • Professional experience in Business Intelligence, data engineering or data analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling
  • Experience in developing analytical models and reporting frameworks
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs
  • Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in statistics, data science, or an equivalent quantitative field
  • Experience using Cloud Storage and Computing technologies such as AWS Redshift, S3, Hadoop, etc.
  • Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
  • Experience with AWS technologies
