Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain complex mobile systems using Flutter, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
• Provide guidance and support to junior developers, helping them grow and improve their skills while ensuring high-quality deliverables;
• Develop and enforce coding standards for security, scalability, and maintainability, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure consistency with design principles, system architecture, and best practices;
• Explore and recommend new technologies to enhance the development process and system capabilities;
• Independently solve complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions;
• Document the software design, architecture, and system components clearly;
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure systems are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

You must have:

• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)·
• Proven experience as a Senior Mobile Developer with strong expertise in Flutter (minimum of 5 years);
• Advanced knowledge of GetX;
• Expertise in unit and integration tests;
• CI/CD knowledge;
• Solid understanding of native Android and ioS platforms;
• Channel knowledge for native integration;
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, and security,
• Strong skills in conducting code reviews and ensuring design consistency;
• Experience with mobile development tools, and a passion for exploring new technologies;
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills;
• Good communication skills in English (both speaking and writing);
• Passion for supply chain and logistics is a plus.
• Availability to go to the office, once or twice per month in Lisbon.
