DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing our continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipeline, optimizing system performance, monitoring, and maintaining various development tools.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline our development processes and enhance our overall software delivery capabilities.

What you will do:

1. CI/CD Pipeline Management:

- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

- Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD process to ensure code quality.

2. System Monitoring and Optimization:

- Set up new tools and applications as needed in the development and/or business process.

- Configure existing tools according with business needs.

3. Security and Compliance:

- Implement security best practices throughout the development and deployment processes.

- Collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with development and operations teams to understand project requirements and provide DevOps support.

- Facilitate communication between teams to improve collaboration and streamline processes.

5. Troubleshooting and Incident Response:

- Respond to and resolve system issues and incidents promptly.

- Implement proactive measures to prevent recurring issues.

6. Responsible for overseeing RPA bot activities, ensuring reliability and optimal performance across production environments.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related discipline

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Ruby)

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is considered a plus

• Experience in administering and configuring Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, JSM) is considered a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
