What Awaits You

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface and user experience design, with a particular emphasis on utilizing Figma as a primary design tool. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather client requirements and translate them into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.

• Design and Prototyping:
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma to illustrate user interactions and design concepts
• Create visually appealing and user-centric UI designs that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms
• User Research and Requirements Gathering:
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements, business goals, and user needs
• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical constraints and project goals
• Present and communicate design ideas and prototypes to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback into the design process
• Design Systems and Standards:
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system, including style guides, UI components, and interaction patterns
• Ensure adherence to best practices in usability, accessibility, and design standards
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve the user experience and streamline the design process
  
  

What Should You Bring Along

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
• Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly
• Experience in user research methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic understanding of front-end development
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
