About the Role

We are looking for a Content Manager to shape and lead our editorial direction at Live to Bloom, a wellness platform dedicated to holistic living. This role requires a thoughtful, visionary, and detail-oriented content lead who will oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of multi-format content across all brand channels. You will be responsible for curating and managing content that supports our core pillars. From idea to execution, you will play a key role in crafting the narrative that defines Live to Bloom.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Live to Bloom’s editorial vision and content strategy across all digital platforms
• Develop original content and editorial features around health & wellness
• Manage a network of freelance writers and editors from onboarding to quality control
• Oversee production of high-quality content (articles, features, guides), ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency
• Track content performance and engagement metrics to refine and improve output
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align storytelling with product and platform goals
• Support and contribute to branded content campaigns, partnerships, and community activations
• Stay current on wellness and digital trends to inform content planning and innovation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content management, editorial, or digital publishing
• Excellent command of Turkish (written and spoken) and fluency in English is required
• Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility
• Background or genuine interest in health & wellness
• Editorial vision with creative ideation and content planning skills
• Proven experience managing projects and coordinating with teams
• Familiarity with multi-format content production
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
