Manager, Business Consulting

Position Overview

We are seeking a Manager, Business Consulting – Advanced Technology to develop digital transformation strategies, drive business consulting initiatives, and equip senior clients with the tools to navigate Industry 4.0, supply chain optimization, warehouse automation, and robotics-driven transformation. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of autonomous and digital operations across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Consulting Leadership:

• Develop growth strategies and transformation roadmaps for robotics automation, supply chain optimization, Industrial automation, IoT, Industrial IoT, Warehouse Automation and Humanoids.
• Design business cases and cost-benefit analyses (CBA) for large-scale transformation projects.
• Lead the creation of industry-specific solutions leveraging Robotics, AI, IoT, and automation, focusing on smart manufacturing, warehouse operations, smart cities, and agriculture tech.
• Engage with global and local industry leaders, decision-makers, and technology partners to identify & deliver high-impact use cases.

Business & Technical Advisory:

• Lead pre-sales activities, bid development, and client proposals in collaboration with solution and sales teams.
• Facilitate executive-level workshops to align digital transformation initiatives with business goals.
• Provide hands-on expertise in digital strategy development, implementation planning, and advanced technology consulting.
• Guide system integrator (SI) partnerships and go-to-market strategies for emerging technologies.

Innovation & Thought Leadership:

• Develop and refine technology-driven digital strategies that serve as competitive differentiators for clients.
• Continuously monitor industry trends to evolve offerings and ensure alignment with the latest advancements in Robotics, Humanoids, AI, ML, IoT, and cloud agnostic platform technologies.
• Foster an entrepreneurial mindset, driving innovative solutions that bring autonomous robotics and digital transformation initiatives to real-world applications.

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in business consulting, digital transformation, and technology strategy
• Master’s degree (MBA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE).
• Proven track record in executive communication and relationship management, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
• Expertise in Industry 4.0, warehouse automation, robotics, IoT, and AI-driven digital transformation.
• Strong ability to conduct workshops, training sessions, and consulting engagements.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in building business cases and presenting them to senior leadership.
• Passion for emerging technologies, including Robotics, ML, AI, cloud computing, and digital ecosystems.
• Industry experience across warehouse automation, agriculture technology, and smart manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects in Industrial Automation, IoT, AI and Robotics.
• Strong consulting background, with the ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business initiatives.
• Expertise in driving continuous improvement strategies in response to evolving technology landscapes.
