About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Front-End WordPress Developer to join Ripple's dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the company's websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, highly functional, and optimized for performance. Your work will directly influence user experience, website traffic, and conversion rates, contributing to Ripple’s ongoing growth and success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, SEO, PPC, full-stack developers, and content creators to bring marketing strategies to life and ensure seamless website operation across multiple brands. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development with a focus on WordPress. You should possess at least two years of professional experience working with PHP and WordPress, along with a solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with modern frameworks such as React or Next.js is highly desirable, as is proficiency in SQL and version control tools like Git. A good grasp of on-site SEO techniques and experience integrating external APIs are essential. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager is also required. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are necessary for effective collaboration and documentation. Additional skills in Composer, custom plugin development, Google Cloud, jQuery, and design tools like Figma will be considered advantageous.

• Develop and troubleshoot custom WordPress plugins and themes, including working with complex templating systems.
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends and best practices to continually improve website functionality and user engagement.
