Business Data Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to join our team as a Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Fenergo, strong data migration and data quality expertise, and the ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams. This role involves managing client onboarding processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting regulatory compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support client onboarding and lifecycle management processes using the Fenergo platform.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather and document requirements.
• Perform data analysis, data mapping, and data transformation from source systems to target structures.
• Ensure data quality through the application of data survivor rules and harmonization techniques.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, user stories, EPICs, use cases, and process flows.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of onboarding solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of onboarding initiatives

Technical Skills:

• Fenergo Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of Fenergo modules and configuration.
• SQL & Data Analysis: Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing structured data across complex relational schemas.
• Data Migration & Quality: Experience with data migration strategies, data cleansing, and quality assurance.
• Data Mapping & Transformation: Ability to map and transform data between systems effectively.
• Business Analysis: Proficiency in translating business requirements into functional specifications.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in financial services or regulatory compliance projects.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML processes and client lifecycle management.
• Certification in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies is a plus.
