Role Summary 

We are hiring for this role where the selected candidate will lead visual experience design for advanced 3D and visualization tools. You’ll collaborate across product, engineering, and design teams to define scalable, reusable design patterns and deliver polished, intuitive interfaces for technical users. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and program managers to plan and build scalable design solutions 
• Develop reusable, design system-aligned UI patterns that ensure consistency across complex product ecosystems 
• Create delightful and intuitive visual designs, from overall layout down to subtle microinteractions 
• Visualize and prototype solutions across multiple fidelities, from sketches and wireframes to polished mockups and documentation-ready assets 
• Present design work clearly and confidently to cross-functional teams and stakeholders 
• Contribute actively to a diverse and global design community, promoting best practices and design excellence 

Must-Have Skills 

• 5+ years of professional experience in user experience and interface design 
• Experience building and working with design systems and reusable UI components 
• Strong knowledge of visual design principles: typography, hierarchy, color theory, and gestalt 
• Proficiency in creating low- to high-fidelity design artifacts and prototypes 
• Comfortable presenting design rationale and outcomes to mixed technical and non-technical audiences 

Nice-to-Have Skills 

• Experience in interaction design, including rapid prototyping and usability testing 
• Background or interest in animation and motion design for UI 
• Interest in AI-driven interfaces and emerging tech, with a willingness to experiment 

Education 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
