SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
The Finance and Tax (F&T) Transformation and Continuous Project Manager will manage a portfolio of Finance and Tax process/tool optimization projects under the supervision of the local team leader to support you in this effort. (S)he will contribute to the F&T digital community.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of Transformation / Continuous Improvement / Digital projects, where Finance processes are being optimized & streamlined.
- Animate Internal Finance projects, where various Finance teams need to be coordinated to reach an internal goal (organization topics, internal requests from the Group, internal requests from the CFO executive committee).
- Develop with autonomy automation solutions using digital tools (powerBI, Alteryx). Example of solutions to be automated: reconciliation between 2 systems, variance analysis, creation of loaders, dashboard with specific visualization requirements, or any other manual repetitive task to ensure efficiency gains.
- The Finance Transformation project manager will coordinate with Fresh/IT and internal stakeholders across F&T to ensure on-time quality delivery of the project portfolio.
- (S)he will with autonomy establish and conduct meetings to communicate objectives, expectations, project roles, status updates, track open issues, and work with all groups and clients to resolve issues as required.
- Scope projects and develop Implementation Project Plans
- Identify risks and develops risk mitigation plans.
- Develop measurable project goals and objectives and monitor progress toward achievement.
- Drive implementation consistency and quality through execution of project management best practices.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path items while ensuring project quality
- Develop detailed project plans including documentation, testing and executing protocol, tasks, budgets, timelines, and status metrics.
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 8 years of related experience, preferably within Financial Services Industries in international environments
- Good knowledge of Project Management processes and workflow (PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus)
- Strong Knowledge and significant experience with digital tools: data analytics and visualization tool (powerBI, Alteryx,..)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Digital and Continuous Improvement Mindset / Experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely to audiences of varying technical or seniority levels.
- Consulting skills
- Ability to effectively work with geographically dispersed cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- University degree in Finance/Accounting
- Project Management/ Consulting profile
- Strong interest in new technologies (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, AI, Machine Learning)
