Job Summary: .Net Backend Developer
- Minimum 5 years of experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET
- Strong expertise in building and designing secure RESTful Web APIs
- Hands-on experience with Web API security, rate limiting, and establishing API design patterns
- Proficient in integrating Web APIs with PostgreSQL databases
- Experience working with time series or time scale databases
- Strong multithreading and asynchronous programming skills in C#
- Ability to develop applications end-to-end, from database to user interface
- Experience with client-server programming and software engineering principles
- Skilled in database design and coding using SQL
- Familiar with asynchronous operations, threading, and interaction with instrumentation and firmware APIs
- Capable of performing long-running analysis using async threads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated passion for software development and software design
- Ability to discuss a wide range of software architecture and design topics
- Must be able to work onsite in Newark, DE, 3 days a week
