Position: SAFe Agile Coach
Location: United States – Remote
Required Qualifications
- SAFe Certified professional with deep expertise in Apptio Target Process, Jira, and scaled agile delivery frameworks.
- Demonstrated knowledge of GxP-regulated projects in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance and audit readiness during Agile delivery.
- Skilled in the development and management of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to align program delivery with strategic business outcomes.
- Create and manage the overall delivery roadmap for the Next Generation Contracting (NGC) program, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
- Oversee program-level deliverables and milestones, ensuring measurable progress and alignment with key strategic priorities.
- Facilitate Agile at Scale ceremonies including Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums (SoS), and System Demos, enabling cross-team alignment and transparency.
- Lead quarterly release planning and iterative delivery cycles using Jira and Apptio Target Process, ensuring visibility and collaboration.
- Ensure completion of team-level Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives, fostering continuous improvement and team engagement.
- Guide backlog refinement and requirement prioritization with Product Owners, SMEs, and business stakeholders to ensure value delivery.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery impediments, maintaining forward momentum and stakeholder trust.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs at the team and program level to support data-informed decision-making.
- Act as a bridge between delivery teams and business stakeholders, ensuring strong engagement, expectation management, and delivery alignment.
- Coordinate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and communications teams to facilitate stakeholder readiness, training, and agile adoption.
- Deliver agile coaching and training for delivery teams, SMEs, and business partners to build agile capability and increase maturity.
- Host product office hours and provide hands-on support to end users during deployment phases to ensure successful adoption.
- Champion agile best practices and continuous improvement efforts across teams, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Ensure strategic alignment of the contracting transformation initiative with broader enterprise goals, contributing to a nimble, intelligent, and automated contract management capability.
- Support vendor management activities including resource onboarding/offboarding, knowledge transfer, performance reviews, and utilization tracking to ensure quality and accountability
