Job Title: UX Designer (ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript)
Experience Level: 8-10 Years
Strong UX developer with knowledge on Banking & ESG.
Job Summary: As UX Designer, you are responsible for designing, applications, conducting user studies, evaluating the issues with the user journeys and create the best experience for the applications that you design.
Key Responsibilities: Interpret data and qualitative feedback Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis Create user stories, personas, and storyboards Determine information architecture and create sitemaps Create prototypes and wireframes Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design opinions Work experience on CSS/HTML

Skills And Experience
- Core Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, etc
- Capability to conduct exploration, dissect data, and drive design opinions
- Knowledge of web development technologies is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with responsive design across platforms
- Attention to detail Knowledge of industry tools such as CSS, HTML
- Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences
- Nice to Have: Creative and analytical approach Strong knowledge of design principles, color proposition, and typography
