UI/ UX Designer (Visual/ UI Design + UX) - FinTech- Hybrid in London - £70k + Bonus

I have exclusively teamed up with a LEADING GLOBAL FINTECH who are looking for a UI/ UX Designer to join their growing Digital team (10 in total - Includes Product Design, Digital Design, Web Development & Marketing).

They are doing a complete redesign of their website and are looking for experienced designers who have an eye for slick, modern & innovative visual design to spearhead it. The work will be 50/50 split across UI Design & User Experience & will include working with their design system.

They are really looking for Designers who really takes care in the work they do & have a strong portfolio to show for it. They have lots of experience in the team so are looking to add to this with someone who really pushes the boundary of modern design! As a business, they are doing extremely well and continue to grow - They are looking to redesign their website to reflect this.

You will be working on the companies new website and playing a very key role on this. Any experience working on an end to end design project for a website would be very important.

They are looking for someone who can work independently and lead end to end (web) design projects from concept to completion. You will work with a Senior Digital Designer and with a Junior Designer in the team.

Your role will see you own the Digital & UX/UI Design of their website and online digital presence (including online portals & landing pages). Being focused on UCD is a MUST! and very important.

You will have the autonomy to drive the design of the website and really take ownership of some of the work you do.

They work heavily with a DESIGN SYSTEM so the ability to work with this & contribute to it is a MUST

This is a chance to join a great team (I have placed quite a few people in there already) who are awesome people and very collaborative.

You'll work in a state of the art office in the centre of London and be required to come in 2-3 days a week.

They are also a PC/ Windows environment - This is a very important factor so please bear this in mind before applying

Key Requirements:

• Visual Design/ UI Design + Ability (& proven experience) working with a Design System
• Digital Web Design experience
• Working on end to end design projects in web
• User Centric Design
• UX
• Wireframing
• Figma
• Experience designing responsive and engaging web sites

Nice to have (will really help set you apart!)

• Video Editing experience - Premier Pro/ After Effects
• Motion Design/ Animation - Blender/ Cinema4D
• Webflow/ Framer/ Lottie
• Financial Services or experience in B2B

Paying £70,000 per annum + bonus + great benefits
