Medior Kotlin Developer

We're looking for a Medior Mobile Android Developer to support our client’s team in evolving a high-impact Android mobile application. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where user experience, security, and technical quality are front and center.

Your Responsibilities

As part of a multidisciplinary mobile team, you will:

  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, UX experts, designers, and project managers to maintain and evolve a native Android application.
  • Ensure seamless integration with backend systems while aligning with security guidelines and build systems.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute actively in planning and review meetings.


Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who brings a solid mix of technical expertise and team spirit:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Android SDK, styling, and Android design patterns.
  • Expert knowledge of Kotlin and Android development tools such as Android Studio and ProGuard/DexGuard.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools including Jenkins, shell scripting, and Docker.
  • Experience in managing app releases via Google Play and handling certificates.
  • Confident with version control systems like GIT (GitHub/Bitbucket).


Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with Spring Boot.
  • Experience with testing tools like ExperiTest or AppCenter.
  • Hands-on with libraries such as Retrofit, Moshi, Koin, or Dagger.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Passionate about clean, efficient code and modern Android development.
  • Strong focus on quality, stability, and performance.
  • Autonomous and proactive with a flexible, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
  • Able to work 2-3 days a week onsite.
