Key Responsibilit

• ies:Provide consultation on the procurement process for new IT software and oversee contract management ca
• ses.Organize and prepare our standard business need meetings and stakeholder meetings to ensure adherence to existing procurement policies and optimize procurement proces
• ses.Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT project monitor
• ing.Ensure data quality in our core systems (Jira & Dynami
• cs).Focus on creating and enhancing Power BI repo
• rts.Identify new opportunities for Power BI reports to improve our interfaces with J
• ira.Further develop the Jira Qube with a focus on SQL/Data Transformat

ion.
What you need to succeed in the

• role:A degree in (business) informatics or a related field, or a comparable qualifica
• tion.A background in project management along with significant experience in senior-level IT procurement cases is highly advantag
• eous.Familiarity with procurement policies and proced
• ures.Proven experience in project management, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and effective stakeholder management abilities. Fluency in English for our diverse and international
• team.Knowledge of Miro and Jira would be a huge ben

efit.
