We are now looking for a

Lead Product Designer to join our Corporate Functions IT team, focusing on KONE Invoicing Solution (KIS) and Legal Mandates. This is a key role in designing and delivering agile, future-ready IT solutions that support regulatory compliance and customer invoicing excellence.

This position is based in Espoo, Finland, and reports to the Product Manager, Finance Applications.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end IT solution design for KIS and Legal Mandates.
• Drive architectural vision and agile implementation in a transforming environment.
• Collaborate with global finance stakeholders to assess and shape development ideas.
• Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate needs into technical specifications.
• Manage development and testing with implementation partners.
• Support solution roadmapping, backlog prioritization, and global rollouts.
• Contribute to strategic finance IT projects and competence development.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in the customer invoice domain.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash processes and technical solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP FICO or similar platforms.
• Proven experience in IT project delivery.
• Analytical, innovative, and strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative, agile approach.
• An academic degree (IT or Finance related) is considered an advantage.
