Motion Designer / Animator

We’re on the hunt for a creative, forward-thinking Motion Designer / Animator to join our top-tier Marketing Video Team. This role isn’t just about traditional motion design — we want someone excited by the possibilities of AI-powered video creation tools to elevate our user acquisition content.

What You’ll Do

• Create eye-catching, high-performing marketing videos for our games across genres and art styles.
• Collaborate with UA managers, game designers, and creative leads to bring concepts to life.
• Use both classic motion design techniques and modern AI tools to create and iterate videos efficiently.
• Integrate AI-driven tools like Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney video, or similar into your creative workflows.
• Push the boundaries of mobile game advertising through innovation, speed, and experimentation.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in motion design and animation — must.
• A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing storytelling, character animation, and motion graphics — must.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Animate, Photoshop) — must.
• Expertise or working experience with AI video tools like Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney video, or similar — must
• Solid understanding of editing, compositing, rigging, and sound design.
• Ability to work with both 2D and 3D assets, and combine AI-generated content with original motion design.
• A creative mindset with the technical skills to execute fast iterations.
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Experience with Unity – a big plus.
• Passion for mobile games and game culture – a big plus.

Bonus Points

• Experience using AI in ideation, storyboarding, or stylized content creation.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn creative environment.
• Awareness of current trends in UGC, AI content, and digital storytelling.
