Chief Technology Officer

The CTO defines and leads the organization’s technological vision and strategy, overseeing all technology initiatives, driving innovation, and supporting digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Technological Strategy: Develops and implements the technology strategy in alignment with organizational goals, and facilitates collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
• Innovation and Development: Integrates new technologies and promotes innovation.
• Infrastructure and Cybersecurity: Manages the ICT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Project Management: Oversees ICT projects, monitors priorities, and applies agile methodologies.
• Compliance and Data Management: Ensures all technological activities comply with relevant regulations and protects data confidentiality and integrity.

Required Skills

• General: Strategic vision, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills.
• Technical: Expertise in architecture, cloud, software development, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Project Management: Proficiency in project management tools and agile methodologies.

Profile

• At least 10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role.
• University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with good proficiency in English.
