  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, product managers, and domain experts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Work with large-scale text datasets from clinical, regulatory, and operational sources.
  • Ensure scalability, robustness, and compliance of deployed models.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and guide best practices for AI in production environments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Needs to have real life experience within taking projects from R&D stage through to production
  • Strong proficiency in Python, especially for machine learning and NLP.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects to production.
  • Deep understanding of text data processing, including unstructured data and domain-specific documents.
  • Solid grasp of the ML model lifecycle, including data governance, versioning, validation, and post-deployment monitoring.
  • Strong business communication skills – able to interface with cross-functional teams and act with a business analyst mindset.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications
