- Minimum 7 years of experience in networking, with relevant experience on Cisco ISE
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ISE Guest access and BYOD solutions
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco ISE for network access control, including guest access portals, 802.1X authentication, and device profiling
- Design and implement secure guest access solutions using Cisco ISE, ensuring seamless and secure connectivity for visitors
- Strong understanding of network security principles and practices
- Experience with guest access solutions and 802.1X authentication
- Familiarity with Cisco Wireless controllers/Switches and integration with Cisco ISE
- Basic knowledge/experience on programming languages Java/HTML
- Familiarity with Web development and Guest Portal customization
- Scripting/automation experience (Rest API) is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with logs, debugs and packet captures
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
