Your Mission: Use Data to Shape the Future of Learning

As a Product Data Analyst, you’ll be at the core of how this company builds world-class AI learning experiences. Your insights will guide what gets built, how it gets built, and why it matters.

What You'll Own

• Partner with Product & Leadership to embed data into every product decision
• Lead deep-dive analyses that shape personalization, feature design, and strategy
• Build tools and dashboards that enable every team to move faster and smarter
• Own the reliability and scalability of the data stack (BigQuery, dbt)
• Ensure marketing and growth teams have clean, actionable data
• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines

Your Background

• Experience in data, BI, or product analytics (startup or fast-paced environment a big plus)
• Strong SQL and BI tool knowledge; Python a bonus
• Familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, BigQuery)
• Clear communicator with strong critical thinking skills
• Fluent in English (German a bonus)
• Available to work onsite in Berlin (5 days/week with flexibility)
