Hybrid Dublin
Skills Required -
- Ideally 5-10 years of experience in an UX/UI design role, with supporting portfolio
- Deliver UX activities through prototype, wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity, usability testing
- Experience in usage of design systems to drive coherent design practices
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, plus experience with tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
General
- Passionate about user-centered design, systems thinker, visual designer
- Conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Drive end-to-end UX/UI processes, from discovery to delivery — including research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Lead and facilitate discussions with stakeholders and users to gather requirements and translate them into user-centered designs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, engineers and product managers to deliver to ensure feasibility and execution of design concepts.
- Present design work with clear, compelling storytelling , visually and verbally — to diverse technical and business audiences.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to navigate a dynamic cross-functional environment
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Angular, Databases as distinct advantage
