ACCPRO is working with a global tech company to recruit for a Interview Coordinator. This role plays a pivotal role in the organisation and assists hiring managers and HR. Minimum 10 month contract, City Centre, hybrid.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate interview or phone screen scheduling, travel arrangements, expenses
• Facilitate interviews, including greets, breaks, lunches and escorts
• Be in the initial face of the business - giving candidates have a delightful experience
• Main point of contact on the interview process for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
• Communicate professionally at all times
• Maintain appropriate data in the system, handle confidential candidate information
• Become an operational expert on recruitment, have detailed knowledge of how to execute recruiting related transactions
Requirements:
• 1+ years experience in HR and business admin
• Positive, “can do,” service-oriented attitude, with excellent follow through on issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
• Proven customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
• A desire to constantly improve, fixes processes, addresses issues and solves problems
• Outlook, Excel knowledge, recruiting or human resources system experience a plus
