Their products help businesses collect, store, and process payment data seamlessly and securely.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee the technical operations of the business across three key areas: project office, support, and analytics. This role requires a strong leader who can structure and manage distributed teams, ensuring that technical execution aligns with business priorities and customer needs. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on management approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the work of three departments: project office, technical support, and analytics
• Act as a key point of accountability for operational delivery and team performance
• Collaborate with external development teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of projects
• Oversee daily technical operations and help resolve escalated issues
• Define and optimize workflows, processes, and KPIs across departments
• Align cross-functional teams around key business goals and timelines
• Contribute to the improvement of product performance through data and support insights
• Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and operational excellence
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing multi-functional technical teams (support, analytics, project coordination).
• Background in fintech, experience in PSP is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written)
• Experience working in a distributed or remote team environment
