Danske Bank is seeking a Generative AI Engineer (Full-Stack Developer) with a keen interest in Generative AI to join our dynamic and innovative Generative AI Integration squad within the Risk and Compliance Tribe.

Our squad operates across borders, and you will be working alongside other Generative AI engineers and Business Analysts. As it has not been established for long, you will have a unique opportunity to shape our culture and ways of working within the squad, leaving your mark on our innovative endeavors.

You will:

• Collaborate with product teams to identify AI integration opportunities in the Risk and Compliance domain
• Design, develop, integrate, and operate AI solutions for business users
• Architect efficient methods to integrate Generative AI into existing and new products
• Select suitable RAG optimization techniques and technical frameworks for various tasks
• Perform prompt engineering and handle pre- and post-model invocation processing
• Optimise model usage costs and visualise outputs for internal stakeholders, simplifying complex AI concepts
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies, promoting relevant innovations
• Maintain high code quality and contribute to best practices in AI development processes
  
  

About you:

• Experienced in working with AI in Python, using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and specialised frameworks for LLMs such as Langchain, Haystack 2.0, and Hugging Face
• Extensive understanding of business application frameworks and their integration, primarily using Python
• Prior experience in AI/ML with a strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, generative pre-trained transformers, and RAG strategies
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code tools, preferably Terraform
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, with English proficiency being essential (Intermediate English skills)
• Solid knowledge of LLM application concepts like prompt engineering, tokenisation, semantic pre-search, and vector databases
• Familiar with deployment infrastructures (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• (Nice to have) A degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field, along with knowledge of application design patterns and communication protocols
  
  

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
