We’re on the hunt for a Customer Journey Expert who’s obsessed with understanding what makes customers tick — and what gets in their way. If you're ready to shape seamless experiences across digital and physical touchpoints, you could be a great fit for our clients team.
UX Designers responsibilities:
- Analyse customer journeys to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Design intuitive, consistent, and user-centered journeys across channels (UX + service design)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - product, marketing, customer service, IT, and data
- Lead and evolve our customer journey mapping efforts
- Facilitate co-creation and design thinking workshops
- Gather insights through user testing, interviews, and surveys
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, UX Design, Project Management, or related field
- 3+ years' experience in customer experience, journey design, or UX
- Analytical mindset and a passion for putting users first
- Comfort with agile methods and fast-paced collaboration
- Must be Fluent in speaking and writing in French.
- a strong bonus if you have experience in banking or financial services.
