User Experience Designer

We’re on the hunt for a Customer Journey Expert who’s obsessed with understanding what makes customers tick — and what gets in their way. If you're ready to shape seamless experiences across digital and physical touchpoints, you could be a great fit for our clients team.


UX Designers responsibilities:

  • Analyse customer journeys to uncover pain points and opportunities
  • Design intuitive, consistent, and user-centered journeys across channels (UX + service design)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - product, marketing, customer service, IT, and data
  • Lead and evolve our customer journey mapping efforts
  • Facilitate co-creation and design thinking workshops
  • Gather insights through user testing, interviews, and surveys


Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, UX Design, Project Management, or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in customer experience, journey design, or UX
  • Analytical mindset and a passion for putting users first
  • Comfort with agile methods and fast-paced collaboration
  • Must be Fluent in speaking and writing in French.
  • a strong bonus if you have experience in banking or financial services.
