Compliance Officer (IT)

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer (CAC) in order to join our team in a prestigious European institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of a comprehensive compliance framework to assess digital initiatives across various domains (e.g., AI, interoperability, digital accessibility).
• Support the creation of domain-specific assessment frameworks, in collaboration with technical and regulatory stakeholders.
• Assist in the execution and coordination of compliance assessments for new IT initiatives, applications, and software solutions.
• Support the Data Protection Coordination team in conducting risk-based data protection assessments for major suppliers, in alignment with data protection regulations.
• Assist in assessing data protection risks and requirements in the context of IT contracting, including Enterprise Licence Agreements and Minimal Contractual Requirements Agreements.
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT compliance, data protection.
• Solid understanding of data protection regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR).
• Familiarity with relevant technical standards (e.g., interoperability, digital accessibility, responsible AI).
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate cross-functional activities with multiple stakeholders.
• Master degree (IT, economics, law, similar) + 3 years of experience in related field OR Bachelor degree (IT, economics, law, similar) + 5 years of experience in related field
• Fluent in English, French is an asset
