- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Develop responsive and maintainable frontend solutions using React and Next.js.
- Build and maintain reusable components and libraries for future use and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, System Architects, developers, and business stakeholders for planning, code reviews, troubleshooting, and demonstrations.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and team discussions—contributing to issue triage, feature planning, and pull request reviews.
- Champion software engineering best practices throughout the development and maintenance process.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features—from development to deployment and ongoing support.
- Mentor and guide other developers on best practices in code quality, architecture, and performance.
- Ensure the team meets its goals and deliverables, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Advocate for maintainable code, documentation, and scalable development workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud for building performant content-driven applications.
- Skilled with Git and deployment platforms such as Vercel.
- Experience with backend technologies such as .NET Core Web API, Azure Functions, and Event Grid.
- Solid experience in building mid-to-large scale JavaScript applications.
- Proficient in CSS tooling (CSS Modules, PostCSS, Sass, Tailwind CSS), and cross-browser testing.
- Working experience with JavaScript testing frameworks like Mocha, Jest, or Jasmine.
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and modern DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in distributed and remote teams, with excellent collaboration skills.
- Deep understanding of browser/client inconsistencies and responsive design.
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and working within Agile product teams.
