Senior iOS Developer

Job Description

Are you an experienced iOS Developer with a passion for both UIKit and SwiftUI? Do you want to build complex, native mobile apps using the latest Apple technologies? At Triple, we’re looking for a Senior iOS Developer to join our team!

What will you be doing?

As an iOS Developer at Triple, you’re responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining native iOS applications. You’ll work across a variety of projects, some UIKit-heavy, others SwiftUI-first, consistently applying modern development practices and clean architectural thinking.

Our projects vary in scope and architecture, from VIPER and Clean Architecture in UIKit-based apps to MVVM and React-style approaches for SwiftUI-driven ones. Some projects may also involve legacy components, so experience with Objective-C is helpful, though not required.

Your responsibilities include

• Implementing new features and improving existing ones.
• Debugging and troubleshooting.
• Optimizing app stability and performance.
• Collaborating with teammates and clients on new and existing functionality.
• Taking ownership of architecture standards.
• Writing unit tests and conducting code reviews.
• Mentoring interns and junior developers.
  
  

The team

You’ll join our development department, home to over 70 developers—including a dedicated iOS team of 7 specialists. You’ll work in cross-functional scrum teams alongside designers, front-end and back-end developers, QA engineers, and project managers.

Knowledge sharing is a big part of our culture. Every week, we host an iOS Weekly where we share learnings, explore new technologies, and discuss architecture decisions. We also attend international conferences like NSSpain and enjoy fun events with Triple, such as laser tag or playing sports.

What do you bring?

• HBO (Bachelors-) working and thinking level.
• 5+ years of experience in native iOS development.
• Strong experience with both UIKit and SwiftUI.
• Familiarity with Objective-C is a plus, not a requirement.
• Solid understanding of architecture patterns like VIPER, Clean, MVVM, and React-like structures.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written (Dutch is a plus).
