Our client is embarking on a major initiative to build a New Data Centre, designed to ensure operational continuity and regulatory compliance by relocating all IT services with minimal disruption. This project forms a core part of their resilience strategy and adopts the latest disaster recovery technologies.

As a Senior Network Architect, you will join the architecture team responsible for the design and delivery of innovative connectivity solutions. Your key tasks will include developing Target State and Solution Designs, maintaining an end-to-end overview for the NDC, reviewing technical solutions from subject matter experts, and collaborating with the Lead Domain Architect and cross-functional architects to align on the development of cutting-edge connectivity services. You will partner with stakeholders including Product Owners, ensuring seamless service transitions.

Your Profile & Skills:

• Proven leadership in guiding technology teams and navigating complex, large-scale data centre projects.
• Strong experience in regulated sectors, ideally banking or equivalent.
• Expertise in routing and switching (Cisco), BGP, core backbones, SDN, and data centre design, including Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, VMware NSX-T, and 3rd party DC providers.
• Proficiency in Azure Networking, automation tools, and cloud platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and network security frameworks.
• Experience with mainframe connectivity, Infoblox DDI, and network observability solutions.
• Outstanding stakeholder and vendor management skills, with a consultative and agile approach.
