A customer of ours in the financial services sector in Brussels are looking for Medior Data Analyst to join as a freelance consultant.

They are looking to optimise their chatbot projects and need a polyvalent data analyst to work in excel to deal with their incoming/outgoing data, with a view to optimise the link between their chatbot and mobile banking journey.

The client needs a Dutch speaking candidate for the role due to the nature of the data.

Role:

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets related to the chatbot and mobile banking interactions.
• Develop insights to optimize the mobile banking user experience, with a focus on improving chatbot efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Create data reports, visualizations, and dashboards primarily using Excel.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timely reporting of incoming and outgoing data.
• Provide recommendations to enhance the customer journey within the mobile banking platform.

Requirements:

• 3+ Years as a Data Analyst profile
• Proficiency in Excel
• Dutch speaking
