Right now, we are looking for a Project Manager to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities include:

• Plan, organize, and manage Workplace and Infrastructure projects, assisting in defining scope, planning (deadlines), required resources, and risks;
• Addressing/monitoring risk mitigation activities identified within the scope of cybersecurity activities with other areas;
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication between members;
• Monitoring project progress, identifying deviations and proposing solutions;
• Reporting project status to stakeholders;
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures.

You must have:

• Higher education in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience;
• More than 3 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in the Infrastructure area;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, SCRUM, AGILE, etc.);
• Knowledge of managing and operating project management tools (e.g., JIRA);
• Planning and organizational skills;
• Ability to identify and manage risks;
• Communication and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of information security and cybersecurity standards and regulations (ISO, NIST, NIS2 DORA, etc.);
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance;
• Experience in the banking sector.
