We are seeking a Product Manager who will own and enhance the sales journey within Smilehub, ensuring the platform empowers our clinics, sales teams, and patients for optimal outcomes. You will work at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer experience to drive business growth while creating frictionless user experiences.


Key tasks:

  • Own the Sales Journey: Lead the development and optimization of features that support sales processes, from patient acquisition to onboarding, ensuring an intuitive and engaging experience for both clinics and patients
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, marketing, and engineering) to define and prioritize requirements that align with business objectives
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage user feedback, data analytics, and business insights to identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and opportunities for innovation
  • Feature Development: Define and manage the product roadmap, detailing new features, updates, and integrations to support the sales team and improve clinic efficiency
  • Technology Champion: Be a driving force in transforming Smilehub into the go-to digital platform for clear aligner management by embracing emerging technologies
  • User Empathy: Advocate for sales reps, clinic staff, and patients by understanding their pain points and delivering solutions that delight

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally in health tech, SaaS, or sales-focused platforms. Experience with clinic or operational management systems is a plus
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong ability to identify user needs and translate them into actionable product features
  • Analytical Skills: Data-savvy with experience in leveraging analytics tools to drive decisions and measure product success
  • Collaboration Skills: Proven success working with engineering, design, and business teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Agility: Comfortable with ambiguity and ready to pivot as business needs evolve
  • Tech Know-How: Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
