Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the team’s deliverables
• Ensure high-quality, timely outputs aligned with the studio’s roadmap
• Uphold and promote engineering best practices
• Foster a strong culture of ownership and accountability within the team
• Actively collaborate with Product and cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead agile ceremonies in line with the studio’s ways of working
• Support and encourage ongoing professional development within the team
• Cultivate a mindset of continuous improvement among team members
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams in an Agile environment
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in software development (Java, C#, Unity, or JavaScript)
• Background in project or program management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident decision-maker, able to perform under pressure and work independently with Product Managers and business teams
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  
  

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in game development
• Familiarity with B2C product development
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and environments
