Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead critical IT security initiatives within our organization.

The ideal candidate will efficiently drive a variety of projects, combining classic project management techniques with agile methodologies to achieve strategic goals and ensure the alignment of deliverables with organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the "Security as a Product" initiative, promoting agile practices and aligning them with security operations
• Manage the ISO project, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and successful delivery
• Take responsibility for 1-2 smaller security projects, ensuring objectives are met and risks are mitigated
• Provide project management support across all security initiatives, contributing to operational efficiency and coordination
• Align closely with the IT Security & IT Compliance Officer to ensure strategies and goals are met
• Define project plans, timelines, and success criteria, aligning them with stakeholder expectations
• Facilitate the creation and implementation of technical concepts and manage testing phases, including T-test and UAT phases
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as IT Security and IT Infrastructure
• Communicate project updates, risks, and resolutions to senior management and project stakeholders
• Use agile tools and methodologies, such as Kanban, to enhance workflows and team productivity
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by driving iterative development and feedback
• Act as a PMO for security-related initiatives, ensuring consistency and providing guidance across all projects
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in managing IT projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Extensive expertise in IT security and process management
• Proficiency in IT project management tools, such as Clarity PPM, MS Teams, and MS PowerPoint
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, adaptable to varied stakeholders
• Capability to manage risks and implement organizational security policies into project goals
• Credentials, such as PMP certification and Scrum Master certification, showcasing formal training and excellence in project management
• High-level proficiency in English, written and spoken, with an ability to present and report effectively
• Demonstrated self-motivation and a results-oriented approach with high quality standards
