Project Lead

We are looking for 2 experienced Project Lead's, who can join an existing project on short notice. All candidates must have EU citizenship, or authorisation to work in Switzerland and be prepared to work onsite up to 4 days per week.

Profile:

The Project Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire lifecycle of a project from initiation to completion. Project Lead ensures that the project meets its goals, deadlines, and budget requirements while coordinating with various stakeholders, including suppliers, team members, and executives. He/She has at least view years’ experience in project leadership with related education background of hardware design/development.

Tasks:

• Lead project for development, industrialization, and certification of hardware devices (plastic part design, electronic design, embedded SW).
• High level knowledge of medical devices processes and regulations
• Take accountability throughout all project phases, collaborating closely with Marketing, Manufacturing Engineering, and R&D stakeholders.
• Actively own project planning, cost control, development, certified releasing, and maintaining regulatory-compliant documentation.
• Drive and manage risk assessments related to medical products, privacy, and security.
• Report on project status and progress to stakeholders
• Define project milestones, goals, and deliverables
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines
• Manage project budgets
• Monitor project progress and adjust as needed
• Communicate project status to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained
• Lead and motivate project team members
