CUJO AI is seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Product Management to lead our Protection Services product line. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cybersecurity, product management, and team leadership. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing CUJO AI’s roadmap for protection services, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for CUJO AI’s protection services, aligning with the company’s overall vision and objectives.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market analysis, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, research, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and ongoing support.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the cybersecurity landscape.
  • Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, gathering insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, and release.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, partners, and customers, to communicate product vision, progress, and impact.


Required Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of product management experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative cybersecurity products.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics technologies.
  • Strong background in Internet technology fundamentals – DNS, DHCP, transport protocols, encryption technologies (TLS, DoH, DoQ, ECH, etc)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through cross-functional
  • collaboration.
