Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and driving impactful solutions for complex, multi-phase projects.

Description

• Develop clear project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Coordinate internal resources and suppliers to ensure flawless project execution
• Regularly monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Provide stakeholders and team members with consistent updates on project status, risks, and issues
• Ensure proper allocation of resources across tasks and project phases
• Identify areas for improvement within processes and implement necessary optimizations

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering) or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in project management or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, and Asana
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of French is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, solution-oriented, with strong leadership skills
• Preferably experienced in manufacturing, particularly in in-store furniture production and display solutions
