Job Description:

Strong Python skills

Classical machine learning, some deep learning, and model customization

Optimization (e.g., logistics, trading strategies)

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) knowledge is a plus

Must write production-level code (not just reports)

Experience preferred, but open to less if skills are strong

Background in software is a plus

Trading knowledge is a bonus

Should be genuinely interested in the domain
