Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the company's entire IT infrastructure across three physical office locations
• Setup, monitor, and troubleshoot all networking components, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
• Provide day-to-day technical support to staff for hardware, software, network, and system issues
• Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
• Provide technical administration for CRM platforms (Bitrix24 preferred)
• Ensure seamless access, user setup, role management, and regular data backups
• Support integration and syncing between cloud platforms, file servers, and local storage systems
• Administer and maintain CCTV and IP camera systems for all three sites
• Ensure video retention policies, system uptime, and remote monitoring setup
• IT Asset and Inventory Tracking
• Maintain detailed records of all IT devices (laptops, routers, printers, etc.)
• Coordinate with procurement team for upgrades, replacements, and repairs
• Implement and monitor antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection
• Oversee secure access to WD My Book or cloud backup solutions for shared team storage
• Manage vendor support relationships for licensing, warranties, and repairs
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and user access logs

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, server administration, and system security.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Bitrix24 is a plus).
• Knowledge of cloud storage platforms, data backup systems, and antivirus solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing CCTV/IP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple office locations.
