Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned C Developer with over 3 years of experience to join on a full-time contract, working 8 hours per day, with a 5-hour overlap required in PST. The ideal candidate will focus on reviewing AI-generated code and ensuring it aligns with quality standards, as well as contributing to the development cycle with their expertise in C programming. This role is a 6–12 month contract with a 2-3 week notice period.

Key Responsibilities

• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Evaluate and ensure AI-generated code adheres to established standards and best practices.
• Project Management: Organize the development process, set goals, manage project priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
• C Programming Expertise: Troubleshoot complex coding challenges during AI validation.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and improvement.
• AI Code Validation: Validate AI-created code to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
• Cross-functional Strategy Development: Work with teams to enhance AI capabilities and integrate them with other system components.
• Code Analysis and Feedback: Provide constructive feedback on team members' code, promoting quality software development.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Advanced knowledge of C programming and best practices.
• Familiarity with AI systems and code-generation technologies is a plus.
• Experience working with large codebases (50K+ lines), and contributing to public GitHub repositories.
• Ability to train LLM models with scalable, high-quality backend components.
• Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
