Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, ADO (Azure DevOps), and Web Infrastructure fundamentals. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in functional documentation, business analysis, and technical writing, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product integration and deliver value. Experience in the airline domain will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and other relevant documentation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies – daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives – in collaboration with the Scrum Master.
• Use Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing user stories, product backlogs, and tracking progress.
• Contribute as a technical writer, producing clear and concise documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate product integrations with third-party vendors or systems, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience in preparing BRDs, FSDs, wireframes, and process maps.
• Understanding of Web Infrastructure fundamentals, APIs, system design, and architecture.
• Proven experience in Product Integration projects.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Agile and Scrum delivery experience; ScrumMaster experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the Airline or Travel domain.
• Exposure to personalization platforms and customer experience tools.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), CBAP, or other relevant certifications.
