Looking for a product designer @nxtwave who can also drive growth.

Experience: 2–4 years

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Schedule: 5-day work week

What You’ll Do

• Design user-centric experiences that convert, retain, and delight.
• Collaborate with PMs to design landing pages, campaigns, and assets that actually work.
• Use data and insights to shape design decisions.
• Maintain consistency across product and marketing touchpoints.

What You Bring

• Solid portfolio in product design with some marketing/brand work.
• You know Figma, design systems, and how to test ideas fast.
• You understand funnels, conversion, and why copy matters.
• You can explain design decisions without jargon.

Who You Are

• Curious, fast, collaborative, and obsessed with impact over pixels.
