We’re now looking for a Unity Game Developer who not only writes clean, modular code but also understands game feel, flow, and polish, someone who can help us ship lean, responsive, market-ready mobile games that resonate with millions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core gameplay systems using C# and Unity.
- Collaborate with designers and artists to bring game concepts and mechanics to life.
- Ensure smooth gameplay by profiling and optimizing builds.
- Create and optimize internal tools like level editors and shaders.
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation discussions.
Requirements
- Has 2+ years of hands-on Unity (C#) experience (specifically in mobile game development)
- Shipped titles in puzzle, hyper/hybrid casual, or idle arcade genres.
- Strong grasp of modular architecture, editor scripting, and clean coding.
- Experienced in performance optimization (FPS, batching, pooling).
- Basic knowledge of animation systems and Unity particle effects.
- Familiarity with URP, lighting, shaders, and visual optimization.
- Awareness of current trends in mobile game development.
- Ability to craft smooth, responsive gameplay experiences through refined controls, fluid animations, and polished transitions.
Nice to Have
- Ability to contribute to design/UX improvement discussions.
- Experience in creating lightweight visual effects (particles, shaders).
