Principal / Lead .NET Software Engineer

TheDriveGroup is partnering with a fast scaling tech driven product company that’s been on an impressive growth streak over the past few years.

Founded by two serial tech entrepreneurs with a track record of building and scaling successful companies, their latest venture is backed by one of Australia’s most profitable powerhouses and they’re ramping up hiring in a big way.

They’re based in Sydney and looking for two high calibre Senior .NET Developers, with one stepping into a Principal / Lead role.

Ideally, you’re also Sydney based and happy to head into the office a couple of days a week.

You’ll be building and delivering scalable solutions used by millions across Australia, so experience with high traffic mobile and web applications is essential. This is a start up style environment but with the financial backing and stability of an ASX listed giant, offering the best of both worlds.

Technology Stack / What We Are Looking For:

• .NET Core
• Microservices or Event-driven Architecture
• Cloud Platforms such as Azure, GCP or AWS
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• High Traffic Applications
• Security, Performance, Scalability
• Modern Design Patterns, SOLID Principles
• SQL / NoSQL (eg MongoDB)
• Test-Driven Development (TDD) / Unit Testing
• Agile / Scrum
• Team Player (but independent and can show initiative)
• Perfect Communication Skills

Front End Stack (not required to apply):

• React.js / Angular
• TypeScript
• GraphQL

The start dates are flexible but ideally in the next 2-4 weeks.
